• PLATINUM (Rs.1000):
• - Multiple tuitions allowed.
• - Salary Rs.3000 to Rs.8000 (per tuition)
• - You can also get advantage of silver registration.
• - * Our aim is to give you at least one confirmed tuition. Many tutors get more than one confirmed tuitions by prompt demos & show casing their teaching skills during demo classes

3. Enrollment Requirements:

- Essential documents: two passport-size photographs, address proof (driving license, Aadhar, or voter's ID card), secondary and senior secondary marksheets, and the latest obtained degree with respective marksheet.

4. Patience and Registration Outcome:

- Emphasis on patience as immediate confirmation is not guaranteed upon becoming a registered member.

5. Service Charges for New Assignments:

- 100% deduction from the first month's salary as a service charge.

- Two installment options available: 50% + 50% (Totaling 100% of the salary).

- Short-term assignments incur a service charge ranging from 40% to 50%.

6. Payment Handling During Service Charge Clearance:

- Tuition fee collected by the center until the service charge is cleared.

7. Sequential Tuitions and Advance Payment Policy:

- Second tuition granted only after clearing the service charge of the first.

- Teachers not eligible for advance payment before month completion.

8. Responsibility Disclaimer and Penalties:

- No responsibility held for disputes post-assignment.

- Penalty for not informing the institution after the first demo in case of a tuition break.

9. Leave Policy and Additional Commitment:

- Candidates must work an extra slot on any day, including Sundays, in case of leave.

10. Cancellation Criteria:

- Registration may be canceled without prior notification for misconduct, consecutive assignment failures, prolonged absenteeism, or two continuous negative feedbacks.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

- 100% refund if no services are availed (demo classes and assigned tuitions).

- Refund process initiated after 45 working days by visiting the office.

- Refund via account transfer only, within 3-4 working days upon approval.

- Original receipt mandatory.

- Refund eligibility tied to WhatsApp/Phone use.

12. Safety Measures for Tutors:

- Tutors responsible for their safety during tuition visits.

13. Data Usage Warning and Consequences:

- Strict prohibition on using company data.

- Consequences: registration cancellation, legal action, and profile marking as a scammer/fraud/defaulter.

14. Legal Consequences of Fraud:

- In case of fraudulent activities, the company reserves the right to post the offender's profile on social media and initiate legal action. Additionally, all tuitions obtained through the company must be discontinued.

15. Certificates:

- To receive an Experience and Appreciation Certificate, teachers must work for at least one year with loyalty and dedication.

- Holders of the Appreciation Certificate receive discounts on service charges, providing further incentives for exceptional service and commitment.
